We are proud to provide a personal service. Following on from your initial enquiry, we will follow up with you in response to obtain further information that will allow us to process your enquiry.

Purpose of collecting data
To process your referral and coordinate your enquiry to the professional(s) who are best suited to your needs.

Once a referral is accepted, the practitioner may collect additional personal and sensitive information directly from you in order to provide therapeutic services. This information is necessary for safe, ethical and effective therapeutic work.

Each practitioner operates as an independent professional and is responsible for how they collect, store and use your information. Practitioners have their own data protection, confidentiality and privacy policies which will be shared with you as part of their consent and contracting process.

Authentic Pathways does not access, control or store therapeutic records held by practitioners and is not responsible for the ongoing management of client data within the therapeutic relationship.
